Matan is a civil engineer and construction management expert with over 20 years of experience in real estate development. As the founder of Orchestra London, he has led large-scale projects across five continents, including shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and high-end retail spaces.

 

Previously, Matan held leadership roles as Construction Director at Kardan, Senior Development Manager at Apple, and Chief Development Officer at Selina. His expertise spans international project management, market expansion, feasibility studies, and sustainable construction practices.

With exceptional abilites in both technical architecture and interior design, Florida has extensive experience designing multi-unit developments across London, ranging from single-family residences to office towers, hotels, and large-scale Build-to-Rent schemes.

 

Currently, Florida leads the pre-acquisition feasibility study designs at Orchestra London, ensuring strategic and efficient development planning. Her comprehensive approach integrates aesthetic excellence with functional innovation, making her a key contributor to impactful real estate projects.

Florida holds a Master in Architecture from Tirana University

A real estate leader with 20 years’ experience, Yair has successfully delivered £6bn+ in mixed-use developments and investments, overseeing residential and commercial projects from concept to completion, including fundraising, acquisition, design, planning, construction, and disposal.

As a former Partner at Lipton Rogers Developments and Development Director at Chelsfield, and currently at Frame RE, Yair has worked at the highest levels of the industry, collaborating with some of the world's largest institutional investors and UHNWIs, [whilst also acting for disadvantaged communities.]  

 

A thought leader in urban development, he is a mentor at ULI and Pi Labs and a visiting lecturer at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

 

Yair holds an Mphil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a B.Arch in Architecture.
